About IPV Pty Ltd
Founded by principal valuer and Managing Director Mark Ellis, Independent Property Valuations (IPV) Pty Ltd was established in 2002 in Dural, NSW and subsequently merged with Furney Projects under the Independent Property Valuations name in 2012.
Centrally located in Baulkham Hills, IPV covers the Sydney metropolitan area through to the Western Suburbs, Campbelltown and the Sutherland Shire, the Blue Mountains and the Central Coast.
About Our Property Valuers
Our team consists of a Principal Valuer, Senior Valuer and Consultant Valuer, each with unrestricted registration, and two Residential Valuers along with four Office Support Staff.
To ensure we provide our clients with the best possible service, our staff undertake regular training and continuing professional development with the Australian Valuers Institute and Australian Valuers Institute.

Mark has experience in a wide variety of Valuation matters ranging from litigation, compulsory acquisition, easement assessments through to residential houses.
Robert Furney
Consultant Valuer
Robert has over 50 years experience in the property industry and has vast experience from residential properties through to complex valuation tasks.
Catherine Ellis
Accounts Administrator
Catherine has been with the company for more than 10 years in an accounts payable/receivable role. She has built up relationships with many of our valuation clients and suppliers and has a pivotal role in administering our software and accounting procedures.
Joe Orlando
Senior Valuer
Joe has over 15 years experience in the property industry and is our commercial/industrial specialist.

Residential Valuer
Tony and Kate are the property valuers that handle most of our residential work which is undertaken for various clients ranging from Mums and Dads through to institutional clients.
